13 Aug Calling All Families!
Welcome to 311 Albert St. Point Edward! Steve and Taylor are looking for a family to lovingly continue where they left off. Their home and community have been a focus of their time for the past 4 years. Taylor says one of the best features is that her and Steve can both cook and move around the kitchen at the same time – which we all know is a bonus!
They just finished doing some renovating earlier this year! Their home now has a beautiful new custom kitchen with a coffee bar, quartz counter tops with soft touch under-counter lighting, new stainless appliances including a gas stove, low maintenance ceramic tile flooring, new Centennial windows and custom blinds! Not to mention the beautiful wood barn door Steve made himself!
They both agree that they have awesome neighbours. There are lots of friendly families right down the street and it is just a short walk to Bridgeview Public School or a short bus ride to Sacred Heart Catholic Elementary School and St. Pat’s & Northern High Schools.
My husband and I know Steve and Taylor because they are both volunteer firefighters at Point Edward Fire and Rescue. We are sad to see them move but Steve just recently got a full time firefighter position in another community and we are all super excited to see them follow their dreams! When I asked Steve why he bought this house, he said that he wanted a house within a certain radius of the firehall so when his pager went off for an emergency he could be one of the first to the hall to get on the first truck to respond.
Steve and Taylor just both love Point Edward! They love taking Milly and brand new Boxer puppy Oakley for long walks on all the wonderful paths and trails that Point Edward has to offer. There are lots of sites to see and they often run into someone they know or meet someone new.
They enjoy biking over for some bridge fries and ice-cream or just sitting on their front deck or around their firepit in the evening, relaxing with their favourite beverage. They love the easy going, carefree lifestyle Point Edward and Lambton County offer.
